About Me

My name is Michal Barvík, and movement has been the core of my life since childhood. My journey began in elite athletics, where I had the honor of competing internationally as a representative at events such as the IAAF World Athletics Championships.

Since 2008, I have been working as a Health & Fitness Coach. I gained invaluable experience at the prestigious One Spa at the Sheraton Hotel in Edinburgh, and today, you can find me at my own studio, MB FUSiON, in the heart of Edinburgh.

My Philosophy & Approach

Throughout my career, I have studied a wide range of methods to understand how the human body heals. My approach is minimalist and intuitive—I believe in the power of the hands as the most vital diagnostic and therapeutic tool. They allow me to feel muscle tension, imbalances, and tissue changes that machines simply cannot.

This specialized therapy combines the Dorn Method—a gentle, dynamic manual therapy—with the restorative Breuss Spinal Massage. FUSiON DORN & BREUSS ALIGN is designed to safely correct misalignments in the spine and joints through active, natural movement, helping to restore the body’s structural symmetry.

The treatment concludes with a nourishing Breuss massage, which stretches and energizes the spine, easing deep-seated tension and promoting long-term joint health.
